Manakamana Cable Car Pokhara Cup to begin from April 12

POKHARA, March 31: Manakamana Cable Car Pokhara Cup International Football Tournament is set to take place at Pokhara Stadium from April 12 to 23.

The information was shared at a press conference in Pokhara today.


Organized by Kaski District Football Association and sponsored by Manakamana Darshan Private Limited, the total 12 teams including two foreign teams will partake in the competition.

The participating Nepali football teams include Three Star, Manang Marsyangdi Club, Tribhuvan Army Club, Nepal Police Club, Nepal Armed Police Force Club, Jhapa 11, Dharan 11, Rupandehi 11, Simira and Pokhara.

Likewise, the foreign teams are from India and Balgnadesh.

The winner will receive Rs 505,555 in cash, trophy and medals and a certificate.

Likewise, the first runner up will be given away Rs 255,555 in cash, trophy and medals and a certificate, it is learnt. RSS
