Ganesh Bahadur Danuwar, 28, killed his wife, Laxmi Danuwar, 26, with a sharp weapon in an inebriated state. He then tried to kill his daughters aged nine and two, police said. The girls were injured but safe. They are receiving treatment at Bir Hospital.
