SINDHULI, Oct 14: A man from Golanchor Rural Municipality-6 of Sindhuli killed his own wife and daughter on Thursday. According to the District Police Office, Sindhuli, Tek Bahadur Masagri shot his wife and daughter to death after consuming alcohol at around 11 pm.

Lok Darshan Thapa, Deputy Superintendent of Police of Sindhuli confirmed that Masagri killed his wife and daughter following a personal dispute with wife Kiran Masagri. Thapa further added that Masagri also attacked his son with a sharp Khukuri. On Thursday evening, Masagri had a dispute with his family members over alcohol consumption.

After killing his wife and daughter, Masagri attacked his son Krishna Masagri with a sharp Khukuri. Krishna Masagri, who has sustained injuries in the left hand, is receiving treatment at Sindhuli District Hospital. 

Meanwhile, police have arrested Tek Bahadur Masagri for further investigation. Police have seized a gun, a Khukuri, metal pieces the bullets used in the gun, among others from Tek Bahadur Masagri.
