SURUNGA, Sept 7: A man killed a fellow villager with a sharp weapon in Jhapa district on Tuesday night.
The identity of the man fatally attacked by Netra Giri, 36, of Chandragadhi-1 in the district is yet to be established, according to the District Police Office, Jhapa.
The dead body of the man supposedly aged in his 50s was spotted along the Ninda River at Mechinnagar Municipality-1 in Jhapa today morning while the incident took place last night around 11, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Hari Prasad Sharma.
Police have arrested accused Giri for further investigation into the case. RSS
