INARUWA, Feb 25: A person was killed when a bus knocked him down at Babiya, Inaruwa-9 here on Saturday night.

The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Karma Lal Uraun of Dumraha, Inaruwa-8. Uraun, who was critically injured when the bus with registration number plate Na 2 Kha 9846 hit him, succumbed to injuries at the Inaruwa Hospital, police said.
The bus involved in the accident has been impounded while a search is on for the driver who is absconding.
