The arrested is computer engineer Bipin Kumar Jha, 23, of Brahmapur-5 in the district, said DSP Dan Bahadur Karki.
He was arrested at Rajbiraj-Sakhada road section as he was heading to Rajbiraj riding a bike (Sa 6 Pa 1692).
He was illegally importing the pistol from across the border, Karki added. RSS
