Police inspector at Tulsipur area Police Office Jivan Budha Magar said the arrested person is Kharaan Thapa (25) of Kavra-4 in Salyan district. [break]
He said Thapa was trying to take the children to India by luring them with jobs in different parts of India.
The police inspector added that all children were of 12-13 years of age. Police are making efforts to hand over the children to their guardians and further investigation into Thapa is on.
