GAUSHALA, Dec 22: Police have arrested four persons on the charge of theft and smuggling.
Dilip Mahato,20, was arrested on Friday for stealing goods from the Dinesh Mobile Repairing Center in ward no. 1 of Gaushala municipality. He was arrested along with a laptop, old mobile phones, covers, data cable, ear phones, and other goodies, SP at the District Police Office Iswar Karki said.

Likewise, three youths were caught red handed with the goods that they had smuggled into the country from neighbouring India. Sanjib Yadav, Haridev Yadav and Satrughan Raya were arrested from Parsa market with the goods including 40 liters of cooking oil, 400 kgs of sugar, five cartoons of biscuits.
Further investigation is underway into the arrests, police said.
