MELAMCHI, July 14: Police have seized over a kg of gold and four kgs of silver from Melamchi municipality-8, Bahunepati of Sindhupalchowk district.
A joint team of Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Range, Soyambhu, Crime Investigation Bureau, Hanumandhoka and Sindhupalchowk Police recovered the yellow and white metal from Jewelry Shop and home of Deepak Majhi.

Police team on Wednesday found the large quantity of gold and silver at his shop and home being hidden under ground.
The police said that it would make public the details of the incident once the investigation to that end is completed, said Police Inspector at Melamchi Area Police Office, Niraj Dangi. RSS
