KATHMANDU, Jan 27: Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha had its FPOs (Follow-on Public Offerings) listed at the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

On Monday, the share price of the microfinance company was traded at a maximum of Rs 1,475 per unit and its minimum price stood at Rs 1,422 per unit. The closing price of the company’s share was Rs 1,450 per unit. The company witnessed total transactions of its shares worth Rs 3.93 million on the day, according to the NEPSE. 


Mahuli Laghubitta issued 475,449.15 units of its FPOs to the general public at a face value of Rs 100 per share. The microfinance company issued its FPOs targeting to increase its public shares to 30 percent from 19.38 percent.
