KATHMANDU, August 25: Krishna Bahadur Mahara has been appointed the spokesperson for the CPN (Maoist Center).
After the central committee meeting of the party held on Tuesday entrusted Narayankaji Shrestha – who was the spokesperson for the party – to the post of chief of the Diaspora Committee, Mahara was given the post of spokesperson.

Mahara has also been entrusted with the responsibility of the Department of Publicity and Publications and National Security Department.
