JANAKPURDHAM, June 13: Madhesh Chief Minister (CM) Saroj Kumar Yadav is going to take the vote of confidence today. CM Yadav is going to take the vote of confidence by calling an emergency meeting of the provincial assembly at 5PM today (Tuesday).
According to Janata Samajwadi Party MP Ram Atish Yadav, the parties involved in the old power equation have left the government, so the CM is going to take the vote of confidence. CPN-UML left the government with a change in the central government. The chief minister has to take a vote of confidence within 30 days of a party leaving the government. Chief Minister Yadav is going to take a vote of confidence through an emergency meeting because if he does not do so, there will be a legal hurdle if someone files a writ petition at the court.
