In a news report published in Kantipur daily on Monday, the CIAA said that the anti-graft body has started investigation into the misuse of diplomatic passports by Ganeral Secretary of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Ramsahaya Prasad Yadav; Forum’s Shiva Pujan Roy Yadav; Coordinator of Madhesi Kranti Forum Sanjaya Kumar Sah; Karima Begum of Terai Madhesi Loktantrik Party; Salma Khatun and Rambha Khatun.
“This is a deliberate character assassination attempt by framing us,” said MJF’s Yadav and challenged the CIAA to prove the charges against them.
CA member Sanjaya Sah said they were frame just because he publicly spoke about rampant corruption in some of the Nepal’s missions abroad. “I was framed to exact revenge.”
Another CA member Raj Kishwor Yadav and Keshav Jha of Madhesi Kranti Party said instead of speeding up the constitution drafting process, this issue came to fore in a deliberate attempt.
