The hearing was put off till August citing technical reasons. According to source, the jury prorogued the proceeding owing to lack of translators. A British criminal court, London´s Old Bailey had begun the hearing from the last week of February.
While hearing the case, the court had summoned eyewitness of the case.
Lama was arrested on January 3, 2013, when he reached London to meet his wife, who was in London by then. Lama was then working as a United Nation expert in South Sudan.
