Locals enforce banda demanding actions against corrupt officials

DHANGADI, July 4: Locals have enforced Dhangadhi bazaar banda demanding a strong action against the ´corrupt´ officials at the Dhangadi municipality office, on Thursday.



Irate locals also held demonstrations and shouted slogans demanding a immediate action against them at Dhangadi bazaar today.[break]



Due to the banda, transport, market places, businesses and educational institutions in Dhangadi bazaar have also been completely shut down.



Locals have accused the municipality officers and workers of being indifferent to the real problems of local people instead selecting the development plans and allocating the money for the sake of commissions.
