Sher Bahadur Darai (13) was critically injured after falling from the bus coming towards Damauli from Khahare at around 8 p.m., police said.
Irate locals thrashed bus driver Ashok BK of Gorkha after the incident. The injured child has been sent to Pokhara for treatment.
