KATHMANDU, March 14: The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has decreased load-shedding by two hours taking the upcoming School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examination into consideration.
According to the notice made public by the NEA, there will be power outage for 9 hours daily from Monday. Currently, there is load-shedding for 11 hours a day.

This year’s SLC exam is scheduled to begin on Thursday.
No change has been made in existing schedule for industrial areas, NEA said in a notice.
