Addressing the rally, NBA chairman Bishwa Kanta Mainali underlined the need to protect judicial independence and accused the government to trying to interfere with the judiciary by raising questions on subjudice cases.
Similarly, former NBA president Shambhu Thapa said lawyers would continue fighting for the independence of the judiciary.
