KATHMANDU, Aug 14: A landslide has occurred at Aath Kilo in Thakre Rural Municipality 6 of Dhading along the Kathmandu-Mugling road section.
The landslide has completely blocked the highway in both directions, according to Dhading police. Vehicles entering and leaving Kathmandu have been stranded on the road due to the landslide.

The landslide occurred at around 2:15 am on Thursday.
Police said four JCB excavators are currently being used to clear the debris and reopen the road.
