The AGM also approved plans to expand the land rights movement in districts facing severe land issues aiming to collaborate with local governments as the national government has initiated processes through commissions to provide land to the landless. Additionally, the meeting endorsed programs such as investing in the strengthening of the organization.

Currently, the center operates in 19 districts. CSRC priorities include assisting local governments in formulating land-related policies, protecting agricultural land through land-use plans, engaging in regular debates on policy issues, and publishing ideological resources on land matters.
