Physical Infrastructure Minister Durga Chapagain and Tourism, Forest and Environment Minister Jeevan Acharya, who joined the CPN-UML-led Provincial government, submitted their resignations to Chief Minister Hikmat Karki.
A meeting of Maoist Center Central Provincial Office Bearers held in Biratnagar and a separate meeting of the Koshi Provincial Parliamentary Party held on Tuesday had decided to withdraw the support given to the UML-led government.
