Earlier, UML and Nepali Congress had barred its leaders and lawmakers to leave the capital until May 27 so as not to delay the ongoing peace process and constitution drafting process.
Nepali Congress lawmaker Bimelendra Nidhi had also left for foreign trip on Tuesday, breaching the party´s whip.
