Khadka won two titles -- Western Open and Golfers Pilot -- in the seven domestic golf tours held in the season. [break]
Another RNGC golfer Deepak Thapa Magar is second in the merit order. He has earned Rs 210,500. Thapa secured joint fifth position in the Surya Masters and earned Rs 90,000 from the tournament alone.
Khadka and Thapa participated in all the seven Surya tours of the season.
Deepak Neupane, a pro golfer from Pokhara, made Rs 166,375 in the season and stood third in the list. Neupane, who did not participate in the Golfers Pilot Tournament, earned Rs 72,000 from the Central Open though he was in second position of the tournament. Rupak Acharya, who played as an amateur, won the Central Open but among the pro golfers Neupane was the leader.

Last year´s merit order leader Shiva Ram Shrestha dropped down to fourth position with a season earning of Rs 153,250. Shrestha earned this amount from the first four tours as he could not play the last three tours after he was injured in a motorbike accident just before the President´s Cup.
Shrestha had earned Rs 498,668 last year and he was on the top of the merit chart. Shrestha had won five among nine tours last season.
As numbers of tours were cut short in the season of 2009/2010, the earnings of the golfers also came down. On the other hand, no single golfer had dominated the past season.

Another RNGC golfer Ramesh Nagarkoti bagged Rs 146,031 and stood fifth in the merit chart of the season.
RNGC golfers dominate the merit order as eight of them are in the top 10. Except Deepak Neupane (3rd in the order), Purna Sharma (9th) and Mani Rai (10th), all others in the top 10 represent RNGC.
