Among the crisis areas declared by the government are Roshi, Temal, Bethanchok, Chauri Deurali, and Mahabharat Rural Municipality of Kavrepalanchok, as well as Panauti, Namobuddha, and Mandandeupur municipalities.

According to the District Police Office, out of the 13 local levels in the district, 78 people have lost their lives, five people are missing, and 75 people have been injured due to landslides across 10 local levels. The casualties include 33 women, 29 men, nine boys, and seven girls who died as a result of the monsoon-induced disaster. The figures do not include casualties in Panchkhal, Mahabharat, and Khanikhola Rural Municipality, where the impact was not much severe.
