KATHMANDU, Oct 12: From erecting welcome gates and arches at various places to patching up and painting roads and squares and growing gardens overnight, the authorities in Kathmandu left no stone unturned to decorate and beautify the capital city to welcome Chinese President Xi Jinping who is arriving in Kathmandu on Saturday on a two-day state visit.
