Chandrauta (Kapilvastu), Feb 15: The identities of the 10 people who died in a road accident near the Surahi Bridge in Shivraj Municipality-1 in Kapilvastu district this morning have been revealed.
The deceased have been identified as Narayan Bahadur Bhandari of Rautahat, Arjun Kumar Yogi of Salyan, Sakil Muslim of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, Rahulram Kami, Umesh Bhandari, Sanju Thapa, Khageshwari Khati and Sudeep Bhatta of Bhimdatta Municipality, Kina Bhatt and Bimaladevi Bhatt of Punarwas Municipality.
Dhading bus accident: Four deceased identified
The accident took place when a passenger bus (Su-Pa-Pra-02-001 Ba 0098) operated by Sunaulo Mahakali Transport fell some 200 meters off the road while on its way to Kathmandu from Mahendranagar at around 1:00 AM.
According to the Kapilvastu District Police Office, 10 people died on the spot in the accident. Similarly, 30 others were injured in the accident.
