KATHMANDU, Aug 5: The Janata Samajwadi Party-Nepal (JSP-Nepal) has called a meeting of its central committee (CC).
According to the party’s central member Purna Basnet, the meeting is scheduled to be held on August 11, 12, 13 and 14 at Thasi Banquet, Sanagaun, Lalitpur.

Basnet said, “At the meeting, the central members will be trained on the ideological and theoretical concepts of the party determined by the party's unity national general convention, the party’s role to be played in the current national political situation, current geopolitical situation, Nepal's foreign policy and other related topics.”
Similarly, it is reported that necessary decisions will be implemented following discussions on the upcoming ideological, political, organizational working plans and programs of the party from the meeting. In the first meeting of JSP-Nepal, which concluded its convention in mid-June, the central members are scheduled to take the oath of office and secrecy, as reported by Basnet.
