JSP endorses parliamentary party statute unanimously

KATHMANDU, July 20: Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) has endorsed the statute of its parliamentary party unanimously. 

A meeting of the JSP parliamentary party held at its Singha Durbar-based office on Tuesday passed the statue.

The party divided into two factions --- one close to Upendra Yadav and the other led by Mahntha Thakur --- witnessed the presence of a majority of lawmakers including Yadav and Federal Council Chairman Dr Baburam Bhattarai. 

According to party sources, another meeting will elect the parliamentary party leader and finalize the names of its leaders to join the Deuba-led government.
