KATHMANDU, Aug 6: Journalist Shalik Ram Pudasaini allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at a Chitwan-based hotel on Monday night.
Pudasaini was associated with Mountain Television, Kathmandu. According to the hotel owner, he had entered Hotel Kangaroo at around 3 pm on the same day.

The hotel owner found him hanging inside the hotel room at around 10 pm after he did not come out for dinner.
Chitwan District Police said that an investigation into the incident is underway. The reason for his death has yet to be ascertained.
