KATHMANDU, Aug 24: Japan Football Association (JFA) Goalkeeping Course began on Wednesday at the ANFA Complex, Satdobato on Wednesday.
Twenty two youth coaches are participating in the course.
The five-day course will be conducted by Japanese instructor Ogata Gyosuke who specializes in youth coaching and is the goalkeeping instructor at the National Training Centre in the Hokkaido Region.
Speaking in the inauguration ceremony, All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) Vice President Karma Tshering Sherpa praised Japan Football Association for consistently supporting ANFA.
Ujjwal Manandhar, Chakra Tamang, Raju Singh Maharjan, Channu Ram Chaudhary, Nabin Maharjan, Ajay Maharjan, Sailesh Karmacharya, Binod Dangol, Susmita Rai, Namita Kumari Dali, Amrit Chaudhary, Roshan Shrestha, Dinesh Prajapati, Ram Kumar, Sanjeev Khadgi, Chandra Devi Dahal, Ganga Ram Deuja, Roshan Khadka, Prabin Shrestha, Santosh Tiwari, Bikesh Kuthu and Bishal Shrestha are the participants of the course.
