The Committee has been celebrating Tuesday’s day as Jayatu Sanskritam Diwas which marked the beginning of struggle for democracy against the then Rana rule in 2004 BS by the students of Sanskrit Chhatrabas.
The morning rally that began from Balmiki Vidhyapeeth went around exhibition road, Bhadrakali, Martyr’s Gate, New Road, Ratna Park, Jamal, Durbar Marga and Ghantaghar and converged into an assembly in Vidhyapeeth premises.
