JALESHWOR, May 21: The Jayanagar-Janakpur-Bangaha train service has resumed operations from today. The service was closed due to the ongoing Lok Sabha elections in India.
Train services have been started after elections were held in India's Madhubani and Sitamarhi, which share borders with Nepal’s Mahottari and Dhanusha districts.
Nepal Railway Company Limited announced the closure of the train services from May 18 to 20 by publishing a public notice.
