KATHMANDU, Aug 30: Japan's State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Nobuo Kishi, will arrive late on Tuesday evening for a three-day official visit.
The Japanese Foreign State Minister will take part in a special ceremony to be held on September 1 to mark the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Nepal and Japan. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and State Minister Kishi will address the ceremony.
The Japanese Minister will hold separate talks with President Bidya Devi Bhandari and PM Dahal during his stay as per the plan which is yet to be finalized, Foreign Ministry said.
The Japanese Minister will also hold talks with Deputy Prime Minister Krishna Bahadur Mahara and Foreign Minister Prakash Sharan Mahat along with top government officials. RSS
