Analysts say CK Raut has been lately trying to maintain cordial relations with India. Following the weakening of the Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) led by Mahantha Thakur, India is also striving to engage with a relatively reliable and robust force in Madhesh, engaging in dialogues with Janamat Party.
On the other hand, the relationship of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Chairman Upendra Yadav with New Delhi is not amicable, according to analysts. Chairman Raut has recently been trying to strengthen ties with New Delhi as he aims to establish himself as the largest political force in Madhesh.
