JANAKPUR, Aug 10: A security guard working at the Binay Tara Foundation and Cancer Hospital who died earlier on Sunday tested positive for coronavirus on Monday.
The man was rushed to the Binay Tara Foundation and Cancer Hospital after having breathing difficulties at his home on Sunday, where he breathed his last. The man was from Laliya area of the Mithila Bihari Rural Municipality-5.

His throat swab was collected and sent for testing after he experienced coronavirus-like symptoms.
"His throat swab came out positive for coronavirus today," Chief District Officer of Dhanusha Prem Prasad Bhattarai told Republica Online.
Bhattarai said that his final rites will be conducted as per COVID-19 protocols. Local authorities have started contact tracing after the PCR report of the deceased tested positive for coronavirus.
With this, the coroanvirus death toll in Dhanusha District has reached two. Province 2 has recorded 28 coronavirus deaths as of today.
Meanwhile, two persons who died while undergoing treatment at the Kavya Hospital in Janakpur tested negative for coronavirus. Both of them were heart patients and admitted to the hospital recently.
