General Secretary Sharma said that the alliance would be formed as a partner in power but it would not be appropriate to oppose the government's proposal. He also clarified that the Nepali Congress will not wait for an alliance in case an environment is created where the ruling party and the opposition can come together and find a way out in the larger interest of people and the country.
