He said that the budget is centralized and it is necessary to correct it and move forward. He emphasized that everyone should work on making the budget according to federalism, making conditional grants subject-wise to send to the local level. He said that it is necessary to send the small plans kept by the association to the local level.
He said, “It is not just this year.It has been happening since 2072-2073 BS. But if there is something wrong, it should be changed. What can be done in this budget? The main thing is how to correct it in the future. It has been given as a conditional grant, if the center itself has given it as a conditional grant, then it has to go down. The small plans kept by the association should be sent to the local level.”
Chief whip Lekhak said that small budgets should be given by the local levels rather than by the federal government.
