Prime College conducted an introductory seminar on the scope and career opportunities of BBM (Bachelor of Business Management) and BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) on Monday at its college premises, in Khusibun.
BBM aims to develop efficient human resources
Prof Dr. Kundan Dutta Koirala -- former dean of the faculty of management, and Prof Dr. Subarna Shakya -- former assistant dean of the institute of engineering, were present as the speakers in the program. The seminar brought together recent intermediate graduates with interests in computer application and management.
According to the press release issued by the college, Prof Dr. Subarna Shakya informed the participants about the BCA course. In his speech, he highlighted the importance of computer application and its uses. Similarly, Prof Dr. Kundan Dutta Koirala explained how BBM was an emerging course, and how it would help uplift the skills of students.
