“Army integration is a major problem for national consensus, without which the peace process and constitution-writing will have no meaning,” he said.
Stating that UML has been staying neutral for national consensus, he urged the UCPN (Maoist) and Nepali Congress to relinquish their stances.
He added that a full-fledged budget will be presented at any cost to stop the country from an economic crisis.
