CHITWAN, May 10: One of the two who were injured when a truck plunged into Trishuli river at Ichhakamana rural municipality-4 in the district today morning.
Suraj Shrestha, 20, of Hetauda Sub Metropolitan City-14 died in the course of treatment at local hospital, police said.

Another injured Sonam Lama, 21, is receiving treatment at College of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital in Bharatpur.
Lama is reported to be in serious condition. There were only three persons including the driver in the truck when the accident occurred, police said, adding that a search has been launched for the driver. The truck (Na 5 Kha 9946) that plunged into the river is yet to be retrieved. RSS
