Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was conferred with the Guard of Honor at the VVIP lounge of the Sainik Manch, Tundikhel. 


Nepal Army offered a 19-gun salute in honor of Prime Minister Modi.

Modi arrived at Janakpur earlier today on his two day visit to Nepal.


In Janakpur, visiting Indian Prime Minister witnessed Nepal's overwhelming welcome with three 121 kgs of garlands and civic felicitation. 


Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Modi jointly flagged off Janakpur-Ayodhya bus and inaugurated the Ramayan Circuit. Modi also pledged INR 100 crore to develop infrastructures for the same.


Another civic felicitation is planned by Kathmandu Metropolitan City for Modi.
