BARDIYA, Dec 5: Police have arrested an Indian national with 30 grams of heroin in the district on Wednesday.
Indian national Bimalesh Kumar Harjan was apprehended with the illegal drug in Madhuban Municipality-3.

Police said they are investing the case after taking Harjan into custody.
The Nepal-Indian borders are becoming the major transit points for smuggling drugs of late.
Police have arrested 17 people on the charge of smuggling illegal drugs in the period of three months according to the records maintained by the police, said SP Surendra Mainali.
