Indian national dies in a car accident in Palpa

PALPA, Aug 26: An Indian national died in a car accident in Palpa on Sunday night. The deceased, identified as 28-year-old Bikash Pathak from Uttar Pradesh, India, was killed when his vehicle, bearing the Indian license plate number UP14DN 104, met with an accident at 11:15 PM along the Ranimhal road section of Tansen Municipality-1.

PALPA, Aug 26: An Indian national died in a car accident in Palpa on Sunday night. The deceased, identified as 28-year-old Bikash Pathak from Uttar Pradesh, India, was killed when his vehicle, bearing the Indian license plate number UP14DN 104, met with an accident at 11:15 PM along the Ranimhal road section of Tansen Municipality-1.


According to the District Police Office, Palpa, Bikash, who was seriously injured in the accident, was immediately rushed to Mission Hospital, where he was pronounced dead by the doctors.

Police reported that other tourists traveling in the vehicle are safe. The accident occurred while they were traveling from Tansen to Rani Mahal, where they planned to stay overnight.


An investigation into the incident is currently underway, according to police.
