KATHMANDU, March 6: Holi, the festival of colors, is being observed with huge fanfare in the mountainous and hilly regions of the country on Monday.
People throw colors and water at each other as part of the celebrations.
Holi, which is often considered the second biggest religious festival, indicates the beginning of the spring season.
