KATHMANDU, Dec 29: The Tribhuvan University (TU) on Thursday organized a convocation ceremony on the premises of the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk in Lalitpur. Thousands of TU graduates were present on the occasion.

The convocation was attended by Chancellor and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Pro-chancellor and Education Minister Dhani Ram Paudel and Satya Mohan Joshi, living cultural legend, among other high ranking officials and dignitaries.
According to the TU, 83,425 students of Post Graduate Degree, Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree have completed graduation from the university. About 350,000 students enroll in the constituent and affiliated campuses under the TU every year.
