KATHMANDU, July 17: Thousands of devotees visited Pashupatinath temple today to observe the first Monday of the Nepali month of Shrawan for this year.
Monday is believed to be the favorite day of Lord Shiva. On this day, married women fast for the longevity of their husbands whereas unmarried girls also fast wishing for the attainment of good spouses.
