KATHMANDU, Oct 10: People have started leaving the Kathmandu Valley to celebrate the Dashain festival.

More than 100,000 people have officially left the Valley so far. On Sunday, people were seen waiting for public vehicles at major local bus parks in the Valley to travel to their hometowns.
