Illegal goods worth Rs 5.9 million seized in Kanchanpur

KATHMANDU, Sept 3: Police have seized goods worth Rs 5.9 million from Bhansi Ananda Tole, Bhimdatta Municipality-3, Kanchanpur district.

The Armed Police Force (APF) seized various goods worth Rs 5.89  from near the Siddharth Engineering Auto Workshop located in Ananda Tole.

The APF, Battalion No. 35 of Shaileshwari, Kanchanpur, seized the goods, on the basis of information that goods were illegally brought from India and being stored in Nepal.  The seized goods include clothes, vehicles and mobile parts, electronic goods, etc.

The seized goods have been handed over to the Kanchanpur-based Gaddachauki Customs Office for necessary action.
