Husband flees after stabbing his wife in Chitwan

CHITWAN, June 3: A wife has been injured by her husband's stabbing in Chitwan. 42-year-old wife Anita Regmi was stabbed by Rajan Regmi of Digdarshan Tol, Ratnanagar Municipality-15 at 5:30 this morning.

Bijay Raj Pandit, Information Officer at District Police Office, Chitwan, informed Republica that Anita Regmi was injured in the chest due to a knife attack. Injured Anita Regmi is being treated at the old medical college, Bharatpur.

Pandit said that her condition is out of danger. Police said husband Rajan Regmi stabbed his wife and ran away as they engaged in a verbal quarrel. Th
