KATHMANDU, March 6: Police have arrested a person on charges of murdering his wife on Friday morning from Mahottari.
The arrested has been identified as Satya Narayan Yadav, 32, a resident of Bhoil, Aurahi Municipality-7, Mahottari. He is accused of murdering his wife, Sudhira Devi Yadav, 24.

Police deployed from the Area Police Office, Balwa, arrested him after receiving information that Sudhira died on the spot after being hit by a brick by Satya Narayan in Manasiswa Tole, Balawa Municipality-5 last night.
Further investigation into the incident is currently underway, police added.
